使用 CTA 涉及加密貨幣放貸，存在市場風險、交易對手風險、平台技術風險。不保證任何收益，本金亦可能因 Bitfinex 平台事件遭受損失。

Using CTA involves crypto lending, which carries market, counterparty, and platform technology risks. No returns are guaranteed, and principal may be lost due to Bitfinex platform incidents.

1. 服務內容 / Service Description

CTA 提供一個自動化工具，協助用戶在其自有的 Bitfinex 帳戶內執行放貸（Funding）操作。CTA 不擁有、不託管用戶資金。

CTA provides an automation tool to help users execute lending (Funding) operations on their own Bitfinex accounts. CTA does not own or custody user funds.

2. 與 Bitfinex 的關係 / Relationship with Bitfinex

CTA 與 Bitfinex Ltd 無任何隸屬、合作、授權或代理關係。我們僅作為第三方工具呼叫 Bitfinex 的公開 API。

CTA has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship with Bitfinex Ltd. We are merely a third-party tool that interacts with Bitfinex's public API.

3. 用戶資格 / Eligibility

  • 須年滿 18 歲。Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 須擁有合法的 Bitfinex 帳戶並完成 Bitfinex 之 Intermediate KYC。Must hold a valid Bitfinex account with completed Intermediate KYC.
  • 須居住於 Bitfinex 允許服務的國家。Must reside in a country where Bitfinex permits service.

4. 用戶責任 / User Responsibilities

  • 妥善保管自己的登入密碼與 Bitfinex 帳戶安全。Safeguard your password and Bitfinex account security.
  • 建立 API Key 時依照本站教學設定最小必要權限（無提款權限）。Configure API Keys with minimum necessary permissions (no withdrawal).
  • 遵守 Bitfinex 的服務條款與您居住地法律。Comply with Bitfinex's terms and your local laws.
  • 了解放貸涉及之風險，自行承擔投資決定後果。Understand the risks of lending and accept responsibility for your investment decisions.

5. 無保證條款 / No Warranty

本服務按「現狀」提供。CTA 不保證任何收益率、不保證服務絕對不中斷、不保證 Bitfinex 平台運作。在法律允許範圍內，CTA 對任何因使用本服務而生之損失不負責。

Service provided "as-is". CTA does not guarantee any return rate, uninterrupted service, or Bitfinex platform stability. To the extent permitted by law, CTA is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.

6. 退費 / Refunds

若您在購買付費方案後 14 天內因任何原因不滿意，可聯絡 quantitativeking@gmail.com 申請退款。Pro 試用方案本身免費，不適用退款。

If unsatisfied within 14 days of purchasing a paid plan, contact us for a refund. The free Pro Trial plan is not subject to refunds.

7. 終止 / Termination

您可隨時刪除帳戶；CTA 保留在合理事由下停權之權利（例：違反條款、濫用、詐欺）。終止後我們會刪除您的 API Key 與個人資料。

You may delete your account at any time; CTA reserves the right to suspend accounts for cause (e.g., terms violation, abuse, fraud). Upon termination, we will delete your API Key and personal data.

8. 準據法 / Governing Law

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與適用。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
